Money is Good...Money is God in Action!*
NARRATION:
I can hear some of your thoughts now. How dare he equate money with God. There is a very important lesson in this affirmation; God's flow of energy is in everything! We are an expression or extension of God. So are the trees, your home and the car your drive. Money is an ever present reality in life. You can make it a natural part of your life, a natural extension of who you are, or you can deny it and suffer from the lack of it.
So many of us have been taught for so long that "money is the root of all evil," or people with money are, "greedy" or "bad," that we have lost the truth about money. Money is neither good or bad. Your thoughts and actions about money are either abundant or negative. If you think and act negatively about money, you will repel money from your life. If you think abundantly about money and what it can do for you and others, it will naturally flow into your life. Forget about the excuse that, "money isn't everything." I have heard that excuse a thousand times. This is just one more way to avoid the responsibility of creating abundance in your life. If money isn't important, why do you have any? You could live without it. You could live in the park and walk everywhere you go. You could get free clothing at a shelter and free food. You don't really need money do you? Money is God in action. Most people who do not have money either have a fear of money and the happiness it can bring into their lives, have a hidden envy
or jealousy of people who have money, or have an irresponsible attitude toward what money can help them create in life (or how money can help them carry out God's divine plan). The fact is money isn't everything, but your thoughts and attitudes about money are. Forget about the excuses and change your thoughts about money. When you appreciate money, you appreciate God. When you accept money, you accept God. When you freely spend and give money, you pass on God's abundance. When you do good with money, you do good for God.
WISDOM FOR TODAY:
Today I view money as a natural part of my life. I appreciate what money can do for me and what I can do with money. I erase the old tapes that play negative thoughts about money and I affirm the goodness of money.
